Duties:
- Planning and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate project plans, including detail drawings, and milestones.
- Coordinate with management to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with project goals
- Communicate project updates and status reports to Management
- Manage project documentation and blueprints
Experience:
- Proven experience as a construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, and other technical documents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
